I took my son to sci-fi con last weekend. It was supposed to be a GTA5 reunion. So we bought tickets well in advance. My son is the biggest GTA fan ever. Not too long before the weekend, it was advertised that Steven Ogg canceled & wouldnt be there. We were pretty upset. I wanted to meet him the most!!! But we went & met Ned Luke & Shawn Fonteno... we paid for just pics with Ned(Michael) he chatted with my son for about 15mins then told him to pic out a pre-printed picture & he signed it, wrote him a message & autograph. Then before we left for the day my son wanted to wave bye to Ned & Shawn, shawn gave him a fist bump & Ned chatted with us again & gave my son hugs & more selfies. Ned is a stand up guy. After seeing this, i am now not disappointed not meeting Steven. Hes actually coming back to town in Nov since he wasnt here last week...we'll see.😒

Steven has openly talked about disliking the Trevor character. I don't think you are in the wrong as you did pay $145 for a Cameo of him portraying his character and he just didn't, plus it's what he's known for so he should expect to be asked of that on such a platform, however it does make sense why he responded the way he did-he hates the character. He says it doesn't resonate with him and he hates being asked to be mean, which makes sense. I'm sure after a while of being asked "can you act crazy" gets to him, as it would anyone else. Truthfully I don't think he should even have Cameo if he hates the character that made him so famous in the first place.

GTA 5 is obviously scripted and "Trevor" existed before Steven Ogg was hired to play him and while I don't doubt he brought a lot to it. Asking him to create an orginal "Trevor" monologue himself off the cuff would be annoying.
